Troubles with picked on chick / one bully

So, the one chick who was bleeding was isolated (she can see the rest / just no access) and we tried to put her back in yesterday. There's one chick (black cochin) who still won't leave her alone. The injured chick also picks off all the blu-kote we put on her. We've added a couple toys, they have a little over one square foot per chick in space (they are a little over two weeks old) Is maybe that not big enough? Or if everyone else leaves her alone, separate the bully chick for a couple days?

Separate the bully chick... it will knock it down a couple notches from the pecking order when reintroduced.
