Last year (and maybe early this year?) I watched a bunch of nests. There was one nest where I got to see the babies hatch, and I weighed them every day till they left the nest. Took a lot of pics, too. It was cool!

Once I hatched Great Kiskadee eggs in my bator.

(I won't go into great detail because I don't want to make anyone with different beliefs uncomfortable) Because it's more of a way to find self peace, love and enlightenment, and rather than there being a god there is just a regular ol' person who thought of the Buddhist practices. I find it all intriguing but my family would think I was weird...

The problem with a lot of nests here is the toucans. They like to eat the eggs and chicks. Though I did get to see two toucans raise three babies, that was neat! I even have a vid of them getting fed.
