I'll redo my post. I found out my Roo is a BB/EE cross. My hen is also a BB/EE cross. Would that be the same as a normal BB hen and EE roo breeding?
No it wouldn't, because the genes from each breed have already been established dominant/recessive in the parent birds, and therefore the offspring would be considered second gen EE/BB crosses. ;)

I think you have that right! ;) But wait, the BB hen is probably pure BB.

Like half Rex half Flemish to half Rex half Flemish. The offspring are still half and half.
