Troyergals Chat Thread!!!

Yeah, leader got my mom a few times... One time he knocked her over while she was pregnant... But she was able to stop him because he had a halter... Being able to move the head is good!

.

1500 is how much cows go for in Oregon!
Yeah, I think horns are nice. Plus the goat is better able to protect itself from Preds.

Umm no idea what you mean there.

Nice

Yeah that does make a difference, we can feed almost exclusively off brush year round so the feed cost is much lower.

Ah, I see. I like the Kiko/Kiko mixes, they're real hardy and good for meat and with a little work I bet you could get some good milk production too.

Wow! $100 is our cut off for either.
For $100 here I would get bad little pygmys. Lol.

Yeah, I have never had a kilo before but when I first saw them at a farm I was sold!

There's a farm in Oklahoma that has milking kikos that milk a gallon a day. Plenty for me!

I use to only pay a hundred for a goat in Oregon.

When my mom was pregnant she was out in our Field when leader came up and nocked her over... She was only able to stop him because he had a halter, he is polled. I always kept a halter for him... Make more sense?

 pygmys run about $120 here. :hu :sick Can't stand them.

I've really only had Ben who's half then there's Armondo but he's still new.

Oh wow! Yeah we have a couple Does who produced quite a bit of milk (we milked Janet for awhile) in fact Janet is still producing milk and Eclipse is nearly five months.

I meant the part I'd highlighted.
