LOL, no, my dad doesn't have a gun I'd be comfortable shooting with no one around! But I'll shoot him a ton with the camera!

Well, that is because no one wants to!

State troopers, police, etc, don't want to so it is up to the people to take care of him but none of them have gotten a chance of they just don't want to harm an animals!
