Oh Summer...that's rough. I know you loved Pepper - but you need to take care of yourself, too. Try to calm down, even if it seems impossible.

Are you a Christian? Taking it to God is the best thing you can do. It helps so much.

I can't calm down!

Your best bet is a pillow, blanket, something that muffles sound. Then scream it out. It always makes me feel better to let it out then try and keep it in. I'm a VERY emotional person though. I've had experience
