But Blue should be dominant so it looks like I have a bunch of Pekins. That's fine with me, my females are incredible layers and the drakes are quite large.

How does duck blue work? Is it similar to chickens BBS where one diluter is blue, two is splash and none is black or what?

Something like that, if you bred a blue and a blue you get 50% blue 25% splash (or silver as they call it in the duck world) and 25% black. (I think that's what it is.)
