Yeah. I'll probably try to talk them into two or three, I know that the breeds I know of as straight run are fairly good tempered. Speckled Sussex and Wyandottes.

Even that might not be enough. I keep as many (good) roosters as possible, but that's just me. I love having good roosters around.
