I just saw that the other day. Bigger than some dogs, I'm having a hard time believing it's a real chicken, ehem, rooster. But I don't know why they think he's what nightmares are made of, he's just big...

More like a dream come true.

I think it's just the angle, and the small size of things around him. He's a Bramha - they're a big breed to start with. And like Dan said, he's only four pounds or so more than the normal breed weight.

BTW we just got home, but heading out again- so, sadly, I'll only be here for maybe 10 minutes.

I had a barred rock rooster that we measured at 29 inches from his toes to his head and weighed 14 lbs....

We left MD's at 2:41 AM and got back to our pet sitting client at almost 5 AM and then we had to wake back up at 6 in order to get to our house closing...
