So my dog was diagnosed with both Lyme disease and Canine Anaplasmosis today...
Giving her the doxycycline has proven to be the battle of my life. Doesn't take it in peanut butter, yogurt, treats, food, etc, etc...

Yup. For the four times I've already dosed her, I have to pin her down between my knees, headlock her in her elbow, and somehow pry open her jaws.
Dose #1: Somehow managed to spit it up 5/6 tries.
#2: 8/9 tries.
#3: 2/3 tries.
#4: Got it down her, but then she vomited it up ten minutes later.

Okay, have to clarify, she lived in a total desert. No grass except for the super Hardy weeds in the yard, but she never ate those

OK, so in all seriousness, who really might go to the national poultry show? I am planning on it, but trying to figure out a lot of details, but hey, I wanna meet you guys, so let's see what we can work out!

1. I HATE traveling :- away from my chickens mostly
2. Not even Esther likes chickens as much as I do ooh, wait..... Na, that'd just be weird. The only people/kids my age that like chickens NEARLY as much as I do are all boys and man do they love chickens
