Do you guys think she is anywhere near laying? She is 16-18 weeks old

She otta start any time now maybe her comb is still a bit light colored, but some chickens start laying later than others.

It snowed Friday, and it had all melted by yesterday afternoon.
The mud keeps tripping Armira she tries to go from a walk to a sprint but almost falls over in the process
