So, I sold 11 of my roosters today from my grow outs. Thank the Lord. I even got $40 for them, and I have my favorite left, I'm giving him to the guy I'm selling all the pullets too.

And, I started talking to my mom about getting ducks. She said no, but as I started talking, she kept saying no, but I felt I was making progress, well, she was talking to some friends with ducks today and all progress is lost. I'll be lucky to have ducks by the time I move out of the house.

Does anyone know what the Grow Network is?

Yes, that are planning on eating them, and not to sound heartless, but I really don't even care. I know the people that bought them very well and they have a humane process, so they are going to process them in about 8 months when they process some Jersey Giant roosters, but hey, if they want to put that effort into raising them, its fine with me, what else am I supposed to do with mixed breed roosters?
