Pepper was my pride and joy. She was a special lil girl from the beginning. She had 4 other siblings they got sick and died. All the other flock rejected her. I put her in a cage and let her every day. One day I let her out and me and my grandmother went to pick peppers with her and I could NOT keep that chicken away from the peppers and I called her pepper ever since. But so on with her story... She learned her name. I let her perch on my arm and she got used to it at I would hold my arm out and she'd hop on my arm I would hold her and snuggle and she bbecame well the best chicken I've ever had! We got her a companion a Polish frizzle he treated pepper like a Queen. The pair couldn't be separated. (He was a good rooster good to his girls and owners) on too pepper she was every ones favorite. But that is just the surface of her life on March 25, 2017 pepper got sick and quickly went down hill we did what could to help he feel better but it was no use early the next morning (around 3-2am) I visit her grave every day on the way to the chicken coop
