Convincing mom isn't hard, mom wants a puppy, convincing herself is.


They are a medium beeed and can very in weight quite a bit, they're usually between 40 and 65 I think. They were bred to be on the smaller side back when food was hard to come by. Bob weighs 62 and Rex is like 40.

My smallest dog - female BC mix - is like 30 lbs.

Not really, only by a month. Bob comes from bigger lines, his lines are used mostly for cattle and are also known (or used to be any way) in the south as some of the best coon dogs around. Rex comes from more BC type lines used to work sheep.
