Dad says you should do squats too. And he says to set the weights down on a power rack so your arms can get used to holding the weight up.

've got some sad news, my cousin's Chihuahua, got snatched by a coyote. And his parents believe in "gun free" (they cut the guns of his army men -_-) So, they could do nothing. Snatched right of their back porch.

A while back the knob on his door got taken off/got broken off/ got lost. One of those three. Anyways, if he shuts the door all the way he gets stuck. He and his friend got stuck the other day, and he shot his window screen with a nerf gun. Dad says you could throw a cat through it, but mom says he's exaggerating.
