Speaking of teeth...on Thursday two of my wisdoms are getting pulled. I think I need some type of surgery for the other two since they're impacted.

Lol! More than that too. And if you're 93 lbs and your height there is no way your ribs don't show. That is extremely underweight - you need to gain like 20 lbs AT LEAST. Seriously, I weigh more than you and am shorter but my ribs still show...I won't nag you, but please do eat more!
