Lost count and can't get in there to do a head count but I think it's like 15 or 17 out of 70+. Let's see, two leghorns, two Aussies, two RIRs, a Sussex (so they tell me) and 7 or 8 EEs.

They feathered in completely black. Dad says they do feather in mottled at first, I guess he would know since he used to raise them.

Easier said then done.... If we told her it could mean loosing our friendship for a bit and a very heated conversation... I have asked her husband to tell that Boaz got really sick and that he can't have any treats but she won't listen... Sadly!

Since are only going to be here for 4-more days I am just going to let it go and move on.
