Guys please help idk what to do. It might die

The chick hatched. Idk what to do it's not moving a lot or making any noises. It was right next to it's mom but not under it. Should I try to get it to eat and drink? Do I need a heat lamp on it or is it ok with its mom?

The chick is probably just tired so that's probably why its not moving or making noise alot. I had a chick hatch a while ago that was doing the same thing and it ended up being fine. I know that chicks don't need to eat and drink for a while when they first hatch so the chicks fine with not eating or drinking right now. You can try lifting the hen up a little bit and putting the chick half way underneath her, usually if you do that then the chick will crawl underneath the hen comepletely on their own.
