The chick is probably just tired so that's probably why its not moving or making noise alot. I had a chick hatch a while ago that was doing the same thing and it ended up being fine. I know that chicks don't need to eat and drink for a while when they first hatch so the chicks fine with not eating or drinking right now. You can try lifting the hen up a little bit and putting the chick half way underneath her, usually if you do that then they will crawl completely underneath the hen on their own.

So I just put it under the hen?

Should I try to get it to drink a little or anything? How long do I leave it under the hen?

Yes, just put the chick underneath her. But you want to make sure the hen doesnt smother the chick, her body should hover about the ground a tiny bit.

It doesn't need to drunk for first few days aftet it hatches. You can just leave the chick underneath the hen and let the hen take care of it for now on. You can always check on the chick every once in a while to make sure it's okay, but other then that just let the hen take care of the chick.
