I spent a good 3 or 4 hours lifting watermelons yesterday, I think I picked between 300 to 400 of those things. Most of the weighed between ten and 25 pounds with quite a few 30 or 40 pounders, I think I picked up at minimum 1,000 or 2,000 pounds, probably closer to 3,000 pounds of melons yesterday. We got the smaller ones and the rotten ones for the pigs and other animals while my uncle (who's patch it was) got most of the 25 to 40 pounders.
