I know exactly what you mean by mind going blank. Mine does that too all the time. Maybe you should try role play with yourself in the mirror. As weird as that sounds. Imagine someone said something to you then reply. That way we men someone does, you will have practiced.

You probably don't do that. Some people just have to make fun, and have something mean to say. I don't understand why people are like that...

@Flock Master64 I am the total opposite of you so I think I might know what your workers /friends are thinking...

Me being the outgoing easy fit in girl I am, I know what is like to think of it the way other people are thinking about it.

I'm one that loves to get to know people.... When you start talking to someone that doesn't know what to say, they will tend to think your just trying to ignore you, not really trying to get to know you, etc... But the truth is you just plain don't know what to say.

I've learned not to be judgemental.... But it is hard to see people from the opposite of you.... From experience it is hard!

I met a boy around my age a while back and he was shy, didn't know what to say, stared at me, etc... It wasn't his intention to be like that at all... As I would learn as we got to know each other better! It just took time.... I had to get it thru my head he was different and I just needed to wait for him to find words to say and come around. He didn't think he was like that but he was, but it is the exact way my sister acts around other people!

And I will say people that are quiet and not very talkative are the best friends I can ever have! At least that is how it has been for me!
