Nobody assumes that when I say it. It may have something to do with the fact that I’m a guy(at least that’s what you think XD) they just usually laugh and look skeptical because I’m not popular but my best friend is and has his “group” that I’m technically not a part of

I hate that! I have a guy friend that I hang out with and everyone assumes we are dating....

First of all he is gay (I have nothing against it)
and second of all why can't I just be a friends with another gender without people assuming and starting rumors...

It all boils down to people being so gosh darn nosey and can't keep their mouth shut!
