truck recommendations? :D

Debi, were Toyotas even around for our whole lives? I seem to think they didn't exist around here until the mid to late 70's

Oh yes. I remember driving with my Aunt in her fancy Toyota. I don't remember the name but the turn signals had a fancy Thhhhhrrrrick sound over and over. Yep I was only 5 or 6 then. I lived in a house that is now part of the parking lot of the Glendale Galleria.

Game, Dodge does make nice big trucks, too. I love chevy's, but nothing beats a Hemi. I was serious when I said 'best of luck to you', Metel. I never meant to incite a race war.

Okay------Okay, I'll have to jump in and give my opinions on truck owners based on empirically derived observations:

Chevy: Loyal to the brand, not to the truck. They trade it in before it rusts out or needs major maintenance, usually at the 7 year mark.

Ford: Loyal to the brand and to the individual truck. They keep them forever regardless of the maintenance cost of a 20 year old vehicle. (guilty as charged)

Dodge: Loyal to the brand and with a PITA personality. Geeze, they even advertize "never back down from a challenge". The owner of a yellow truck is the most A******* of the lot.

Toyota: Just weird, just strange weird
