I agree..silkies don't have a LF standard in the US.

Pyncheon is a true bantam breed.

Dutch bantams. (true bantam breed) was kept by pheasants for small eggs because all large eggs went to the king/duke person Feathersite.com

In North America I don't think they have real bantam silkies, all Silkies I have seen so far that were advertised bantams are like twice the size of a european bantam silkie.

I did however optain some imported stock of Partridge standard silkies 7 yrs ago. Man those things were huge. If they had longers legs they would have matched my barred rocks height wise.
Sadly I had no clue what they were and out of the 40 silkies I got 15 were standards and all were roosters so I just butchered them........
Stupid thing to do, I know, I knew what a silkie was but I did not know they come in dif. sizes and that large fowl are a rarity here.
