Trying to find out the laws for Chickens in Washington county (Oregon)

We live in the city of Hillsboro (washington county) and I'm confused on how to find info on the ordinances of having ducks and chickens. I found some info on the City website. Do I go by that or do I need to know the county rules too?

Just got off the phone with Washington County

If the coop is under 51 Sq/Ft there is no regulation. I.e. does not have to be a certain distance from property line
It is is larger it has to be 100 feet from neighbors house,
There are no regulations on how many or roosters.

I am new here, please correct me if I am wrong. I believe Beaverton and Hillsboro have different laws.
Beaverton allows 4 hens, no rooster. Hillsboro allows 3 hens with property larger than 7000 sq ft. 6 hens for property larger than 10000 sq ft.

Did you determine the regulations for Aloha? We live there as well and can only find that poultry and pygmy goats are allowed, but no more specific information is available.

We live smack in the middle of Beaverton....so we thought. But the City of Beaverton Community Management department just informed us that we are actually in unincorporated Washington County. Here's a helpful map from Beaverton's website that shows the boundaries (it's rather large, and you have to zoom in to see if your lot is white or grey). I don't know Aloha's boundaries but it looks like there might be some overlap.

However a good deal of our neighborhood is under a homeowner's association, which allows zero anything except dogs and cats. We are luckily outside the boundary of that too...but if you're in one you might want to check it's rules apart from Washington County.

[My Hens and Roo]

I'm grasping for help. And fast.
I have a little Bantum sultan Roo and his mate. The pair are about a year old. All my neighbors are at one with my rooster. Except for one. The lady who doesn't like kids, animals, her husband... Nothing! My rooster of course crows, but we have the pair roost at night in an upstairs bathroom to ensure quiet for her in the mornings. She has complained so many times the police had no choice but to cite us. I say no choice which really means they felt bad because of the number of complaints they get from this neighbor about everything and anything she can complain about. There are many roosters in our town even though the ordinance bans them, the local police don't really mind having them at all and usually don't enforce the ordinance. Here's my problem. The Sultans are on the agricultural endangered list. I'm uncertain what that really means and if that can help me to keep my rooster? Buy me some time? I can't separate the two I feel they would die from broken hearts. Any help… Any knowledge from anyone out there would be greatly appreciated thank you

10 years late, but what about them roosting 2am??? supposedly its a chicken hen thats gone butch, hen thats roosteering but dont know when to stfu!?
