Trying to get backyard chickens legal in Warren County, OH

This is what the warren/clearcreek county replied to me on chickens in backyard. all due to mainly one guy not wanting it..

Hi- any updates? We are on an acre in Clearcreek Twp-would like chickens but just saw the 3 acre rule for Warren County

I have a PDF of the board statement rejecting it.

You could go to the commissioners and ask for a variance. In town here it is illegal to have chickens, but some people have asked for a variance and gotten it.

yea found that in 2020 they rejected it because basically one guy on council doesnt want it and hes in zoning.
