Trying to get chicks in coop early

They are 4 1/2 weeks old it been 30 degrees at night but thought with 3 lamps and next week being 44 at night should be fine thought about radiant heat panel but thought to big of area these lamps are also chained and electric tape from cord to chain if bracket below fails

Are they fully feathered? 1 lamp should be sufficient.

I’ve had 5 week old chicks in a shed with a heat lamp this time of year before and they did just fine.

Some mostly the ones who where 75 percent feathered still inside trying to do multiple lamps for bigger area this past week it's been 25 degrees at night
