Trying to integrate a new chick

My neighbor and I bought our chicks at the same time. I previously purchased a prebuilt chicken coop (which realistically would probably only fit three or four grown chickens) before I realized I wanted more. So, I bought a new shed (which I am converting into a coop). Since my chicks are still young, I put the smaller coop into my shed and they are all having a great time in there. I have a new 10 x 20 ft. dog kennel which I plan on using for their run. My problem is that my neighbor has too many chickens and chicks now and gave me one of hers (which we got at the same place same time). It is the same as one of my other ones, a Sapphire Gem. I have Easter Eggers and Buff Orpingtons. Maybe I fed mine more but the new little chick is about a third the size smaller and the other chicks chase it every time it tries to get close to them. I put a feeder and water container up in the top of the coop (the others don't seem interested in that area yet) for her and I also placed a few perches at different heights. She spends her time in the upper coop or on the upper perch. I worry about her, what can I do to get them to accept her? They have been really mean to her and I don't want her to be alone.

i can just say the reason they are being mean is to sort out the pecking order its totally normal but if they beet her up to much you might want to try having her in a dog crate in the coop with food and water and maybe a perch for a few days and try again
Appreciate your advice, thank you. I'm keeping a close eye on them and one of the other chicks has begun to hang out with her so I'm hopeful.
