Buff silkie yes, Wyandotte no. That's a barred rock.

Wyandotte have rose combs and the silver laced have silver body color with the edge of each feather laced in black. The bird above has barring, not lacing and a single comb.

That's a silver laced Wyandotte with the wrong comb or a silver laced orpington. Need to see legs to tell the difference.

Could it be a black sex link rooster? I've seen some with similar coloring.

Eta: I'm think the buff silkie is a mix, wrong comb color for pure silkie

hatchery silkies commonly look like that. Could be a sex link rooster too.
