Looks like I wont be bringing anything, because all my chicks are gone as of this morning. Might not be looking for a silkie roo anymore either, because my silkie hens are also gone....

Anybody got a gun for sale?

what do you have for red hens. are we talking rhode island reds or sexlinks. and how many and how much.

new hampshires, a year old. $6.00 each i have 4

It was something that fit through a very small hole in the wire that was burried under the whole floor of the run (didn't even break the wire, just stretched it a little), and got itself in, then itself plus 10 chickens through the wire and through the hole tunneling out, without leaving any blood and leaving very few feathers. Doesn't sound like a fox to me, although I saved a few from the mouths of the resident fox who likes to catch them in broad daylight and thinks he is free to walk off, chicken in mouth without me caring. Yea, right.

never seen a predator take all the birds with it. a fox will normally only take 1 to snack on then come back teh next night and clean up.
a weasel will kill many and snack on 1 or 2 but never the eintire flock.

theres such thign as a 2 legged predator which is very commom if you have nice stock of birds. in that a gun might do just fine for you.
