TSC bantam breed help??

The one on the right looks like a rooster. Can't tell about the one on the left unless it is the same bird.

It’s the same guy; I’m almost certain he’s gonna be a handsome roo when he’s older. I have another buff barred and two reds and those three look to be little pullets but they’re always moving so it’s sometimes hard to tell!
