tsc chick started 20%

Does anyone know if tsc chick starter is medicated? I looked on the bag, but having a hard time determining this. Is it typical that stores sell only medicated? Thanks for any info.

at the TSC in elmira NY area, they do not sell the medicated dumore chick feed. i get mine at Agway - 50#'s for 9.50.

how do you know if it is medicated? Is there a certain ingredient? maybe I should check at my local Agway as well...I should feed them medicated...

Hello from southwest ohio, I buy my chick feed ( DuMor chick starter grower 20%) from TSC and our store does not stock medicated feed. If the feed were medicated I would think it would definitely be on the bag. I got this batch of chicks vaccinated but have raised sevearl other batches without the vaccine or the medicated feed without any issues. Hope this helps.

yes, I believe I fed my first bunch this feed as well, and I have had no problems and they are almost 2 now. Now I have 20 little ones and I was just concerned that there were so many now, that maybe they should definately be getting medicated. I purchased eggs from two different people across the country.

I got medicated feed at the feed mill, TSC was not medicated.

Purina has medicated on the front bottom of the bag. Not in big letters but it's there.

I can't find a feed store in the greater Phoenix area that even sells "medicated" chick starter anymore

Our TSC doesn't carry medicated. I get mine at the local feed stores.

think I'm going to the feed store tomorrow, just to ease my mind!! is there a time frame that they should be fed medicated? up until they start on grower?
