TSC White Rock Pullets, but not

Picked up several Red Sex link pullets from TSC, and saw another bucket labeled "White Rock Pullets", so I asked for 4 of those as well. However, upon returning home, one of the WR pullets was obviously an easter egger (puffy cheeks), so I got away with 3. Fast forward to today, about 3 ish weeks, and now I'm questioning another one of the WR "pullets".

I've labeled what I think is a white rock pullet with A, and the one in question as a B in the pics below:
A. White Rock Pullet
B. ??
The B chick also has no tail feathers, and different wing coloration and back feathers, but has what appears to be a prominent red comb coming in.

Upon returning back to the store for another item, I noticed the same chick section had a container also labeled cornish cross, as well as easter egger. I'm wondering is this "B" chick a WR roo, or could it possibly be a cornish cross, or will only time tell?

Frequent cross breedings take place in commercial hatcheries more often than they would like to admit and they separate back into pens and continue to push that errant breeding forward. Plymouth White Rocks are yellow chicks - not gold and as they begin to feather, the under coat does not turn gold. I raise purebred White Plymouth Rock and the silvery white shows within a couple of weeks as feathers begin to grow on wings. Also Plymouth White Rock pullets have tiny combs that don't begin to show for several weeks and certainly not "blushed".
