Tsc's new chick day brooders

The only thing I see that is plastic is the red part for the feed tray. It may look nice new but after keeping chicks in it for awhile, it isn't going to look so pretty.

How many chicks do you plan on brooding at once?

Just make one out of wood. And hardware cloth.

I have smaller ones made out of wood already.

The walls are all clear plastic too.

And that's what cleaning is for too after the season. It won't look brand new, but it won't look gross either.

No clue on how many chicks after this season. Honestly as many as I can hatch, since I just process extras anyways.
