TT Guard / First aid kit

Hi everyone. Starting to keep poultry after a break. Wanting to stock up on a few items for a first aid kit.
Have come across a product called Tt guard it's a mix of Tylan / Denaguard. (Tylosin / Tiamulin) thought this would be handy for those emergency respiratory issues that always seem to occur at the weekend. Does anyone have any experience with this product.
What other items do you have in your chicken first aid kit? Thanks x
