After consulting with the judges, here is our evaluation disclaimer in the style of an NPR news quiz:

Judging Disclaimer and Rules

Please be sure that your photos were well thought out as my answers are not. Judges have final say, so PM to find out their personal preferences. Shamelessly posing Tudy with sunflowers, expired possums, or purple poultry is encouraged and par for the course.
Enter as many times as you like, but sit on your hands every couple of days so someone else can have a chance to post.
Photos that meet contest criteria will be considered first, all others will be adored, lauded, and praised; but may not win. They may be kept for future contests. Suggestions are welcome, simply email [email protected].

Well, I must admit. A few days ago I read about this contest and was

.... And see from the last couple pages that I must have missed some rules "discussion".

But now the wife and I have a plan to win this thing. Stay tuned!! I am leaving for a mini vacation tomorrow and am going to take Tudy(s) along for the ride. (Becky wanted one of her own. What kinda husband would I be if I didn't let her play along?)

As a point of clarification: Keep taking fun pictures of Tudy in various places (with or without people) because even if they can't be submitted to this contest, they probably will be accepted in the next one.

When entering, do we have to specify the category we're entering or is that left up to the judges?

Ok...TUDY came with us up Mt. Washington in the Presidential Mountain Chain in Northern NH~~~ SHE brought with us 60 degree weather and 5 knot winds on the summit...a rare occasion on the summit where 231 mph winds were recorded and the mountain known for the worst weather in the WORLD!!

TUDY walking on Mt. Adams...

The fly was a total surprise...guess Tudy attracts flies EVEN at 6288 feet above sea level!!! Poor Tudy....does she know DE will help with that? I wonder....
