I don't have any instructions, mine came used at auction and the other one I have is also used, borrowed from a friend. You don't have any eggs in it, right? If I were you I would crank that baby ALL THE WAY up and see if it heats at all, you can always back it down and tweak it ever 10-15 minutes for a couple of hours if that does the trick.

Finally got it sorted out yesterday. Seem the bator has the instructions on which way to turn the dial exactly opposite of what the printed information says. SO i got them in last evening. Get to candle them on Friday night to see which ones might have survived the shipping.

I'll be happy when a few more Okies start getting these that way we can trade around. My box stunk so bad when i got into it i knew some didn't make it past shipping. so instead of 12 I got 10 and they all looked pretty good.

Sitting around today waiting on my Isbar hatch... one splash and one blue so far, another zipped and another pipped, crossing my fingers on the last few!

A very frustrasting hatch, not sure if this is just because they are my first cross-country shipped eggs or if I had humidity or something wrong. Out of 15 eggs we ended up with 3 chicks: 2 blue and 1 splash, another blue drowned while unzipping, one pipped internally and died, and 3 others were fully formed but never pipped.

My dad and brother came over today to give us a hand. We spent ALL DAY working on the new coop, hopefully Monday we can get it finished and ready to paint then all that will be left is paint and screening. It is turning out nicely, we did a lot of thinking on design based on how our current coop has worked/not worked for us. Will post pictures when it gets done.

Hi All,
Hope that everyone is having a good holiday weekend. I candled on saturday and dropped an egg. butterfingers me. so i have 9 left. the hard part of hatching seems to be the waiting.

Darling man is still getting around slow after his last belly surgery so we don't have real big plans. Am disappointed that it's turned so hot. i wanted to do a bunch of stuff outside and have only been able to work early in the day.

Rinds I'm looking forward to seeing your new coop.
