I'm with ddawn, I'd attempt a needle aspiration of the swelling on the R side (clear or cloudy/yellow or milky/air only/primarily solid mass?).
 
Didn't know from your post where you attempted the `draw'.

(maybe warm compress for ten minutes and then try the needle again).
