I just purchased turken and dominques today. My question is if i breed the dominiques to my barred plymouth rock rooster what will i get and will all of my turken eggs hatch to be naked necks, just possibly taking on some color from the roo?

Your Dominique and BR cross will produce all barred colored birds, probably a combination of rose and straight combs. As to the NNs, some may be NNs, some non-NNs chickens. Yes, I would think you will get some barring with a BR roo over them.
