I have a turken chick that's about two days old and she can't open her wings because her skin had grown over the feathers and sealed them in place, and continues to do so at they grow longer. While all the other chicks have tiny feathers she only has one or two per wing because all the others are still under skin. Do I need to cut the skin or can this problem fix itself?? Sorry the picture is so fuzzy, I'll try to get a better one soon

Hmmmmm. weird, I've never had that. Are you sure? Sometime it looks different when there're young. Keep an eye on her! Probably a deformation.

Can you post a better photo?

That's really strange. I wouldn't cut anything, though. Leave it alone for now, keep an eye on it just in case it starts getting infected or abcessing, and let it alone. It's not like chickens need to learn to fly!

I would not cut anything either. Never seen this before, but on the one wing, it looks like a layer of keratin, not skin but it's so hard to tell. I do see a bit of new growth.
Leave it alone and monitor her.
It wouldn't hurt to provide some poultry vitamins for the first week along with a treat of egg - scrambled/hard boiled as well.

Sapphire is now five weeks old and starting to worry me. She isn't as active as the others, slow moving, fluffed up, but still eating and drinking fine, and I sometimes catch her acting normal, but not often. Her wings have basically stabilized at being about to open mostly, but her primary feathers are unable to spread. Any tips?

I don't think her behavior is caused by her wings. They shouldn't be any major issue. I would, however, suspect that she might have something wrong internally. Slow movement and fluffed feathers suggests pain to me. Have you tried looking her over? Pick her up and stroke everywhere you can, poke a bit, see if she reacts like anywhere hurts.

What does her poop look like?
