Turken injury

2 week old turken pecking order injury. I have it separated from the rest. How do I go about fixing this up?

Separate it from the flock, apply antibiotic ointment, keep flies away, and it will heal. It will take time as such wounds heal from the outside inwards.

Keep the chick separated, make sure it can keep its head up (no neurological damage), put neosporin on it, and keep it as clean as possible. It should heal fine
