Turken pullet?

Looks like a pullet to me. The standard for Turkins calls for yellow legs.

Shes got grayish legs

My black turken has black legs and my yellow turken has green legs. They both are pullets and are laying. Your turken is very cute!

Yeah, for my naked necks, you can see their crops fully no fur or feathers cover it.

Might be a Blue Andalusian Turken Naked Neck mix.

Why australorpe?

Because many are cross-breeding the NN's with other breed's to either produce bigger meat bird's, or one's that will produce more egg's. I currently have a Splash colored Australorp hen in with my NN/Breese mixed rooster. The NN's do better out here in our hot desert summer's, and the Australorp is a good egg layer. I like the single straight comb's and the darker leg's on mine.
