Stop being a wuss boyd. The thing with tofu is it's generally flavorless, so it's an INGREDIENT not a food. It's not something to eat with a fork, it's something to eat in a dish with other things for flavor. That said, tofu makes the best smoothies, adds protien without empty calories.
So, if i try it. I should cook it with/in something else... like a stir fry?
