I have 2 Bourbon Red females and several Royal Palm's to include 2 males. This past week the one Bourbon Red female has separated herself from the flock and is sitting in the shade under a tree or stays in the barn.
Should I be making a nesting box? Is this typical behavior? Is she bottom in the pecking order?
