Turkey breed identification

I'm new to turkeys. Can someone help me identify the breed my hen is? I originally thought she was a white holland as she was completely white at about 12 weeks old but as she gets older she has developed a tan coloring with the white. Is she possibly a mixed breed?

Definitely some bourbon red traits
