turkey caught his head in fence, help!

I have mammoth bronze turkeys my jake got his head stuck in fence today, and as he panicked to free himself tore a part of his waddle about 2 inches up neck, is there anything I can do? Has anyone experienced this? Or is he done for?

How bad is he bleeding and could we get pics???

The bleeding has stopped, and his skin is tore pretty good, he is deff. Feeling in pain cause he's not being him self, hunched up like they do when they sick, no pics at the moment

I'm hoping it will heal on its own, but am concerned about infection, it is very swollen
