Some of them made it up to the high perch in the coop, some roosted on the pen inside, some on the knee walls. Looks like they are settling in.

Usually trees will slowly swallow stuff up like fencing nailed to them. Stso what happens when the tree s diameter grows??
Maybe only my turkeys are goofs. Glad they are adjusting quickly. Some of them made it up to the high perch in the coop, some roosted on the pen inside, some on the knee walls. Looks like they are settling in.

They are enjoying the furniture!
We do have poison ivy, but that is a flowering vine. I watch closely because i am very allergic to ivy and va creeper. I think the 2 bigger perches are ok, that smaller one needs replacement. Hubby knew it was sketchy. They mostly walk around during the day, and roost in the coop at night.Sweet! Congrats!!
It's a great coop/run!
Those roosts are really long(10-12'?) and relatively small,
just wonder if they would hold a half dozen turkeys.
Also the one looks like it has a vine wrapped around.....
...first thought was I hope that's not poison ivy.
