Leftover turkey sandwich is the REASON I cook turkey! LOL - for days after TurkeyDay, I eat it for any meal I want - and I want it a lot. Then there is the leftover gravy, stuffing, and mashed potatoes.

I am already over my limit with the Delightful Dozen, would anyone notice a turkey named Thanksgiving?

We just purchased a new panini maker in anticipation of those turkey and cranberry sandwiches...with a little cream cheese and tomato. Oh heaven

That big boy will make for some fine leftovers, plus the soup you could make out of the carcass. I usually make a soup with the bones, and make a stock.....then add some of the left over meat, and the kitchen sink...just depends on what I have on hand and top it off with a big can of Spicy V-8. Yummy!
