Miss Prissy - are your broad breasted bronze turkeys able to reproduce naturally? Will you have to use artificial insemination, as they do in the commercial business?

We are going to raise our own turkeys next year. What are all of you using for a 40-60 lb turkey to cook in the oven ? Most of the roasting pans would not even hold one of these !!
