Turkey drinks almost a gallon of water a day.

Due to the weather that might just be where your water is going. I would still post a photo of the poop so the turkey experts can make sure she is not sick.

i do think your waterer is leaking

for the longest time i didnt think mine was, somehow it got a slight bend in the pan and so it leaks out, VERY slowly

i had to bring it in my basement, fill it and let it sit on the floor for an hour before i saw it

Not normal. Can you have a vet check her poop for coccidia, worm eggs, and bacteria?

The pail is not leaking. There are isolated spots of damp litter surround by dry litter four feet from the water. There is no damp litter around the pail. The pail has been checked for leaks. There are none.

The turkey house is sound with no leaking either.

Birds will drink 5-20% of their body weight per day. So it's possible for a 10 pound bird to drink 1/4 gallon per day. If they are sick, that number could increase.

A really big sick turkey could drink a gallon a day. Some diseases do cause them to drink more.
